Carolyn Bachman, a British citizen, was born in India in 1943. Her Father was a professional soldier and retired as a Major General. Her Mother was a bestselling author and artist. Her Father also painted in his later years. Carolyn has painted in oil and watercolour most of her life but has only recently taken it up seriously. She also sculpts in wood, terracotta and papier mache. She and her American husband divide their time between their homes in Hampshire, England and Harpswell, Maine. They have two children and three grand-daughters, all of whom live in the UK. Carolyn's daughter Mollie is also an artist specialising in acrylic paintings of animals. |
