BETTY KAYE (1910 - 2003) (M M Kaye's sister)

Betty Kaye (known as Bets) was christened in Simla's Christ Church as
Dorothy Elizabeth on 13 October, 1910.

Bets honed her craft by being allowed to sit behind the renowned artist Hal Bevan-Petman whenever he was doing one of his pastel portraits (provided she didn't make a sound and his sitter didn't object) to watch how he did it.
